David Flower’s live shows are fun and uplifting, playing his version of progressive roots, boogie blues, funk, folk and reggae. It’s an acoustically based show, rich in rhythm and beats.
David features his trademark acoustic guitar style, from groovy and funky rhythms to intricate finger picking, with harmonica melodies woven throughout. The band adds drums, bass and harmonies, and there’s always a special guest or two from the festival line up jumping in for a spontaneous ad-lib moment.

David is organic, home-grown and self-taught, hailing from his old-school garage band days. He never gave up on his dreams, finding his way, writing damn good songs and playing his way from open mics onto festival stages.
